RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
NOVA AI offers an exchange or return policy within seven (7) days from the date the customer receives the product, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Eligibility for 100% Replacement:
A product shall be eligible for a 100% replacement in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing or technical defect attributable to the manufacturer.
- The product is damaged during transportation, provided that the customer supplies a clear and valid unboxing video as evidence.
Conditions for Exchange or Return:
The exchange or return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product suffers from a manufacturing or technical defect.
- The product is damaged during transportation, with a valid unboxing video provided.
- The issue is properly and validly reported to Nova AI Solutions Co., Ltd. within three (3) days from the date the customer receives the product.
Non-Eligible Cases:
NOVA AI shall not accept exchange or return requests in the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged due to customer misuse, including but not limited to dropping, physical impact, water damage, fire, or explosion.
- The product has been repaired, modified, or otherwise tampered with by any third party not authorized by NOVA AI.
