Domestic Delivery (Vietnam)
Delivery Time:
- Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi (inner city): 1–5 business days
- Other provinces: 2–7 business days
Shipping Fees:
- Free shipping for orders with a total value of VND 3,500,000 or above.
- For orders below this amount, shipping fees shall be charged in accordance with the pricing of the selected courier service.
Delivery Methods:
- Delivery via Viettel Post / GHN / GHTK / EMS / J&T.
- Express delivery within 2–4 hours is available in Ho Chi Minh City (additional fees apply and are handled through third-party delivery applications).
International Delivery
Coverage:
NOVA AI supports international shipping to over 40 countries via DHL / UPS / FedEx.
Delivery Time:
- Asia: 3–15 business days
- United States – Europe – Australia: 5–30 business days
- Other regions: Subject to the carrier’s notification and delivery schedule
Shipping Costs:
- International shipping fees are calculated based on the current international rate and the actual weight and/or volumetric weight of the product.
- Customers are solely responsible for the payment of any import duties, customs taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) imposed by the destination country, if applicable.
