Pricing Policy

1. Scope of Application

This Pricing Policy applies to all products, AI devices, software, technology solutions, and services provided by NOVA AI Solutions through its official website, authorized sales channels, or pursuant to any agreement or quotation entered into between NOVA AI Solutions and the customer.

Where an agreement, appendix, or quotation accepted by the customer contains provisions that differ from this Pricing Policy, the specific provisions of such agreement, appendix, or quotation shall prevail for the relevant transaction.

2. Pricing Principles

The prices of products and services shall be published on the official website, online store, or official quotations issued by NOVA AI Solutions from time to time.

Pricing may be determined based on one or more of the following factors:

Type of product or service.
Product version or configuration.
Order quantity.
Project scale.
Customer-specific customization requirements.
Subscription term or service period (for software and AI platforms).
Applicable promotional or discount programs.

Quotation Validity and Price Confirmation

A quotation shall remain valid for the period specified therein.

Quoted prices apply only to the agreed scope, configuration, quantity, delivery location, implementation schedule, and payment terms. Any changes requested by the customer or arising from incomplete or inaccurate information initially provided shall be handled in accordance with the applicable change request and additional cost procedures.

If any technical error is identified in the displayed price or quotation, NOVA AI Solutions shall notify the customer and correct the error before confirming the order.

3. Additional Charges

The listed price or quotation includes only those products, services, and deliverables expressly described therein.

Any additional charges, where applicable, shall be communicated to the customer in advance and shall only be incurred upon the customer’s approval. Such charges may include, but are not limited to:

Custom design or software development.
Additional features beyond the agreed scope.
Integration with third-party systems or services.
Deployment across multiple locations or branches.
Training, data migration, or advanced technical support beyond the standard service scope.

Management of Change Requests

Additional work shall only be performed after receiving written confirmation, email confirmation, or other electronic approval from the customer’s authorized representative.

Approval of any change request shall also constitute approval of the corresponding adjustments to the project scope, implementation schedule, and delivery plan.

Fees relating to software licenses, APIs, AI platforms, hosting services, domain names, application stores, payment gateways, shipping, travel expenses, or other third-party services may either be charged directly by the relevant third-party provider or collected by NOVA AI Solutions on the provider’s behalf in accordance with the quotation. Customers shall be informed in advance of any fees for which they are responsible.

4. Taxes and Other Charges

Prices published on the website are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Applicable taxes and other charges (if any) shall be clearly specified in the quotation, agreement, or invoice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, quotation, or agreement, shipping fees, installation costs, on-site configuration fees, payment transaction fees, taxes, duties, and other governmental charges shall not be deemed included in the quoted price.

The total amount payable shall be communicated to the customer before the customer confirms the transaction.

5. Price Adjustments

Prices may change from time to time. However, NOVA AI Solutions undertakes to honor the price applicable at the time the customer’s order is successfully confirmed.

NOVA AI Solutions reserves the right to revise its pricing in response to, including but not limited to:

Changes in material or hardware costs.
Changes in software licensing or AI platform costs.
Changes in operational expenses.
Pricing adjustments imposed by service providers or business partners.
Product upgrades or additional functionality.
Market conditions and business strategies.

Any price adjustment shall not affect orders, agreements, or services that have already been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

The price guarantee shall not apply where changes result from customer-requested modifications to the project scope, customer-caused implementation delays, changes in taxes or mandatory governmental charges, or additional third-party costs arising after the quotation has expired.

Any adjustment affecting an already confirmed transaction shall be communicated to and agreed upon by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Payment, Deposit, and Late Payment

Payment schedules, payment milestones, and payment methods shall be governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, or agreement.

Any deposit paid by the customer shall be credited toward the total transaction value. Refunds or deductions of deposits upon cancellation shall be determined in accordance with the parties’ agreement, the work already completed, reasonable non-cancellable costs incurred, and applicable law.

If the customer fails to make payment when due, NOVA AI Solutions reserves the right, after providing notice, to suspend delivery, implementation, or access to the products or services, and may impose late payment interest in accordance with the applicable agreement or within the limits permitted by law.

Such suspension shall not relieve the customer of its obligation to pay all outstanding amounts when due.

6. Service Renewal

For subscription-based products or services with a fixed service term, customers may renew their subscriptions based on the pricing applicable at the time of renewal or in accordance with the renewal provisions specified in the applicable agreement.

NOVA AI Solutions shall notify the customer of the applicable renewal conditions and pricing through an appropriate communication method before the expiration date as agreed by the parties.

Unless a valid automatic renewal arrangement has been agreed upon, continued service shall only be provided after the customer has confirmed the renewal and fulfilled the applicable payment obligations.

If the service is not renewed, customer access may be suspended or terminated, and customer data shall be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement, the NOVA AI Solutions Privacy Policy, and the applicable data retention period previously communicated to the customer.

7. Effectiveness

This Pricing Policy shall become effective on the date it is published on the official website of NOVA AI Solutions.

NOVA AI Solutions reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement this Pricing Policy from time to time in order to comply with applicable laws or to accommodate changes in its business operations.

The most current version shall be published on the official website and shall apply to all transactions entered into after the effective date of such update.
